  1. Can't imagine what the levels of crime will be like during the rolling blackouts this winter, especially when the food shortges and hunger begin. At least the Police Constables are now armed with side arm pistols in Liverpool being so scared for their own lives. Civilians can't obviously defend themselves though, so Level IIIa soft ballistic body armour is the next best thing.
