Thanks for sharing your visit to The Piece hall, and your recipe for Parkin. I might have tried baking soda (too chemically) or maybe baking powder... but I think everyone likes a spice cookie or bar in the cold. Impressed with the aqua roll, and your plan to fill the boat. Odd how -4 fahrenheit doesn't seem as cold as - 20. Numbers really do change how we perceive things... I'm looking forward to walking out on our canal in the next few days, and will post a video on my channel. No editing though 😊. Enjoy the fresh air.
