  1. I have to add that Pontrefract Castle is like a fairy kingdom in my mind, of a place of health and healing, because of licorice root. My friend and I would often ask ourselves if we should go to Pontefract. Thanks, this is lovely, and thanks for taking us along with you. Yes, you and Zephyr did this 😅.

  2. Isn't it wonderful to be out in nature, just marvelling at the open sky and land, and feeling that whatever appears shares that land, sky and water with us ? Joyous. Thanks Vanessa for braving the wind, and locks to get to that place.
