  1. My 4 favorite chocolate bars with the soft puffy nougat are 3 Musketeers, MilkyWay, BabyRuth & Snickers. I haven’t tried that Zero looking chocolate bar yet. Maybe someday. For the moment I’m sticking with my 4 favorite chocolate bars with the soft puffy nougat. Especially the top 2 in my list 3 Musketeers & MilkyWay.
