  1. That reminds me, I think some of us happen to be waiting for Prehistoric Planet 1 & 2 to be released on DVD In America for the last couple years. That goes double for the 2nd Volume of Deadly Dinosaurs with Steve Backshall. There’s been nothing but Volume 1 featuring 5 episodes for the last 6 years. If I remember correctly Deadly Dinosaurs with Steve Backshall featured 10 episodes. Therefore, there’s been nothing but Volume 1. Deadly Dinosaurs with Steve Backshall should’ve been released as a 2 Disc DVD Set in America like the UK release.

  2. I heard Meerkats are indeed a type of Mongoose. For these Banded Mongoose, it’s a substitute occasional reference to Timon & Pumba from Disney’s The Lion King. Both the 1994 slash 2002 Special Edition Animated & 2019 Live Action Films.

  4. Nothronychus... That’s the odd Dinosaur that was seen in a documentary on Discovery Channel in 2001. Except these in Planet Dinosaur are different. This could be a Subspecies. Not to mention this Nothro is twice as better, impressive & a bit more accurate then it’s 2001 predecessor.

  5. When is Wild New Zealand aka New Zealand earth's mythical islands Narrated by Sam Neil is coming out to a Region 1 DVD? The only Animals of New Zealand I care about are The Tuatara Reptiles & both The Kiwi Birds & The Takahe Birds. "No doubt the skeletal remains of the flightless Moa Birds are in this 3 part program too."

  6. Poor Little newborn Pilot whale. This is tragic for all Dolphins everywhere. Yes, Pilot Whales long & short finned aren't really whales at all. They along with Melon headed & both Pigmy, False & True Killer Whales aka Orcas are actually a species of Dolphin.
