  1. Absolutely correct Janet. Indeed, to stop the contagion, she must say - 'There is NO Bailout'. These smaller banks do NOT get stress tested like the bigger ones. That is the reason the bank failed, no due diligennce or a faulty risk management structure. If it was one of the big FOUR, then yes, the Govt would bail them out.......

  5. Not really. Investmet Bankers tend to be Stupid, Arrogant, and blind to their own inadequacies. I worked in the largest bank in the World that failed in 2008.
