  1. Wow, this and other Mike's interviews just really shake my understanding of fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition. I really like how he thoroughly explains some complicated things and avoids being repetitive of other experts in the field, also being honest. Like you know, many experts now go "if you're obese you need to think of maybe it's your childhood trauma or micro plastic in the atmosphere, its not your fault" Dr Mike gives it to you real - "control your diet, work out, and work on your consciousness" I personally need this true and honest approach, it gives me back the control

  2. Jocko's simple, true to the core and truly empowering life philosophy really can change my life. I just need to start owning it 100%. It's crazy and wholesome at the same time that in our age of fake gurus and life coaches there are still people like Jocko who live the life they talk about. Thanks Steven for this awesome podcast, will get back to it for sure.

  3. Wow, I'm honestly so impressed with Dr. Benjamin and his science based yet very understandable way of explaining some complicated things. I really liked the analogies to better understand how insulin and cells are working in our body. It's so great to see that there are so many scientists and experts out there who are so excited about the topic of health and healing. Steven - you are an amazing host and very knowledgeable in the topics you discuss. My go to podcast on YouTube 🙌
