Same sometimes I sleep until 4AM because I keep thinking if the ceiling will suddenly fall on me , or when I walk outside I can't approach a building in case it suddenly collapse , it's always the question "what if...." it's so tiring and I had several panic attacks because of it 😧I had it since I was very young but I completly stopped talking about it with my family since they thought I'm a weirdo until the point no one talked to me and completly ignored me for a week , now my relationship with my family is more stable since I know how to control my self and I just keep focusing on my work , but I still suffer inside (good things I have some good friends to talk too , I'm grateful for them😊)
