  5. Seikoization Not only that, but a foot might be mangled by a bullet, taking many hours of reconstructive surgery to put back together.  The last thing a policeman ever wants is to shoot a suspect.

  6. +Lisa Lynn You know, there are always fools like you who have to bash the police. On any video about the police, they show up. Hell, even here, where the policeman is desperately hoping that he doesn't have to shoot the knifeman, you still are quick to criticize. It is funny, because nearly everyone who bashes the police probably is sore due to a criminal record that is less than exemplary.
