  1. Most of the Israelis left in Gaza are military prisoners of war, not “hostages.” Under the Geneva conventions there’s no requirement to release POWs until the end of hostilities. If “Israel” wants its soldiers back it needs to stop its genocide and stop stonewalling negotiations

  2. What’s crazy about the Biden admin’s radio silence on today’s ICJ order, calling for an immediate halt to Israel’s assault on Rafah, is how quick they were to condemn the ICC… for wanting to hold war criminals accountable. Now that’s outrageous.
