  3. The US illegally occupies 1/3 of Syria. It refuses to empty bases in Iraq. It steals Syrian oil, and it bombs troops protecting the 2 countries from ISIS. In 2014 it allowed ISIS to advance on Damascus and Baghdad to gain concessions and strengthen Israel.

  4. Every single corporate media outlet uses the same “retaliatory” framing to justify US bombing of Iraq and Syria. The Pentagon doesn’t even have to circulate a memo, the media reflexively does it on its own like trained monkeys.
