  6. America’s flawed justice system has been racially profiling, wrongfully convicting, unjustly sentencing, and mass incarcerating Black people for centuries. White America had full confidence in that system. Trump gets convicted for crimes he actually committed and all of a sudden the same white America no longer has confidence in the criminal justice system.
