Doesn't "defunding the police" mean stopping them buying tanks, flame throwers etc? It doesn't mean take away the money for re re re training them so shooting becomes the last resort! (I'm English, so excuse m for butting in. Our police have killed 75 since 1990 as a benchmark.)
