  1. I'm certain they thought about it, that was their whole idea. And the civilians dying at present aren't American, so no problem. I don't remember anybody sanctioning the US when they were killing Vietnamese and Arabs, so it's possibly to do with the colour of the victims skin? Or America's "free pass" around the world?
