  4.  @shengloongtan229  I have no information on Russian deaths from sanctions. It is rather early. As for Iraq, America was very happy to kill people with sanctions and then invade to kill more. WMD - a lie. Friends with al-Qaida - a lie. America suffered an attack and failed to find bin Laden, so killed another Muslim "name" they didn't like - and thousands of his people, just for "revenge" And yet America is the number 1 cheerleader for sanctions on anyone they don't like.
