Thanks for the good points.
First, yup, I will not be making excuses for not crossing the streets according to the traffic lights. Have you seen the others?
Second, yes, when I told him about that Filipinos are always late, I actually realized that I shouldn't have said that. But then, if you were in our situation on that moment, I don't think you will be pleased by the late driver. I am not in the mood to explain that to him, so I just blurted out that "Filipinos are always late".
Lastly, for my working hours, for the limitation of my english verbal skills, I could not explain it very well to him. But just for your clarification, here it is. Our time in starts at 7:00 in the morning until time out of 5:30 in the afternoon. That is how we are paid, regardless if I come earlier that 7am, I will not be paid until 7am; and if I clock out earlier than 5:30am say 4pm, I will be deducted in my salary. That is the reson why I cannot timeout before 5:30. Get it? Now, if I work earlier than 7am, that is my choice, and that is not paid. I only do that because my kind of work needs a lot of concentration, I am an hr trainer by the way, so I make training modules that needs a lot of concentration which I could have when there's already a lot of people in the office. I hope this answers your comment. I just couldnt explain it very well in the video because he asked me that 5am in the morning when we just got in the office, please understand that I was not prepared. Haha! Thanks!
