Since you’re dealing with somebody who either is a troll or giving surface level responses and not arguing in good faith, I just wanted to let you know I appreciated reading what you wrote. Your job here is probably done (since I doubt they’ll say anything substantive or have an honest conversation), but keep up the good work! 👍
