  2. Well, thanks. But I wasn’t clear...I was a lifelong Republican and now I’m a Democrat. Yes, Rush is an ass. I think his strong personality got me at first, but that wore off. The things he came up with against Obama were over the top (even though I voted against him) and the way he maligned McCain in 2008 was very offputting. It was a long process for me over probably fifteen years, and people like him helped make it clearer. My own brother and father-in-law sound just like him, unfortunately.
