During WW2, Deep in the Heart of Texas, assuming that workers in vital industries would down tools to clap to its famous chorus. Also " I'll Be Home for Christmas " on account it was so blue and might be demoralizing. More recently, during the Falklands war, Split Enz's Six Months in a Leaky Boat was black-listed for similar reasons. Go figure.
