He's far beyond peak human, and can continue to train and grow stronger. All he's doing is raising his numbers, so to speak. Infinity isn't a number, so he can't reach that.
Saying Saitama could be a multiverse buster is fine, we haven't seen him go all out, so we don't know. Saying he is, because he has no limits, is not fine.
