This planet have 10 times at least the gravity of earth, according to physics it can't have earth size, because that means it have density largely higher than uranium, which is impossible. The minimum acceptable diameter for this planet in physics, is around 7 times earth diameter. That means, based on gravitational binding energy lower limit, that the minimum energy to destroy the planet is around 7.879E+36 Joul, which is 351 times the energy required to destroy earth. In other words, Freeza at his weakest state can obliterate 351 planets similar to earth with one shot. With the huge difference in power between his first state and last state I let you imagine how much power output he could have. Freeza who’s massively more powerful than 351 planets buster, had his energy output surpassed by Goku’s energy output, which makes Goku’s energy output beyond what can Freeza destroy. Cell said he has enough power to blow away entire solar system. The unimaginable amount of power difference between him and Freeza who’s massively beyond 351 planets buster (around 28900 times Frieza's 1st form power if solar system bust is right) , gives the idea that what he said is possible and logical, but Cell’s words coming only from the manga wouldn’t be enough proof, since it can be hyperbole. But Cell’s solar system buster has been confirmed by DBZ guide book.
