  1. The guy on the wound channel did a vid recently that showed regular 5.56 ammo out of a longer barrel would penetrate armored plates with ease and easier than the green tips. They're too heavy and slow.  I believe the claim was a 20" barrel would do but he used a 22" bolt gun.  Passed right through like it wasn't there.
