  1. Bullet weights vary as do powder charges. Were the blocks and nails used in them weighed to ensure uniformity? If they used cheap .22LR ammunition these variations could have been more pronounced. Also, the block shot in the middle did NOT go straight up.It went backwards a bit rendering the height measurement inaccurate. Nothing was really learned with this experiment but it did get people thinking.Mission accomplished?A more uniform block of a more uniform substance and better ammo control.
