  1. What chemical symphony said....or that the first block did actually go higher but only slightly as the video suggests despite what was said. If the first block did ever so slightly go higher then perhaps the energy required to spin the block at that speed isn't very much. Also, many variables are at play not mentioned. Mass produced ammunition isn't 100% consistent shot to shot. There could be differences significant to this type of experiment.
