  1.  @brianhall9617  I just heard a story of Russians trading ammo they had boiled for food when they were in Afghanistan. They boiled the rounds so they wouldn't work. I wouldn't put it past the tyrants to find ways to get faulty or dangerous ammunition out into the public.
