  1. I would definitely recommend the purchase of this car but I'd offer $250K unless they just got the car.  If it's been sitting for a few years definitely no more than $250K to start.

  2. I'm pretty sure this stuff is completely synthetic or at the very least a natural resin. It's like a glue. Clay is just the name they gave it for some reason. It sticks to whatever is stuck in or on the paint. If it were actually clay they couldn't have patented it.
