  1. topthrilljoester The reporter is a former Navy SEAL officer and I agree that wasn't an Uzi.  However, it looks a lot like one.  I doubt a Mac10 is in any Navy arsenal.

  5. Coxy002605 He was also raised by pacifists in Santa Cruz.  The only gun exposure he had was in the Navy would be my bet.  One guy claimed SEALs used Mac10's in Viet Nam but I doubt very highly Larsen ever saw a Mac10 while he was in the Navy.

SymbolX That just listed homicides by firearm.  Did you know that more people in the US are killed with hands, fists, feet, sticks, stones and knives than assault weapons?  Of these firearm homicides, how many were in defense of life and property?  In your country you would be out your property and maybe your life.  If you're a woman you may have been raped and inseminated with a rapist's DNA and forced to decide if you wanted to abort the rapist's offspring.  Or you maybe would end up a vegetable in a hospital when a thug decided to knock you out and broke your neck in the process.  Here in the USA if you carry your firearm on your person that would NEVER happen to you unless you were completely oblivious to your surroundings.

  23. Coxy002605 Ok.  I found some pics.  They were taken in 1982.  Larsen wasn't very old then and certainly not a SEAL.  Besides, he served five years as a SEAL and they are typically very busy.  I doubt that if he didn't use a weapon he knew much about it.

Patrick Takada I have never in my life referred to a weapon as "high caliber."  Large, medium and small is all I've heard.  Either way, trying to bust Larsen's balls for saying high caliber seems odd to me.  If you think he's a bad SEAL you might want to ask why he was a detachment commander in the SEALs.
