Homer Simpson Irreverent?  You don't know what that means.  The US and EU don't want Russia to control the gas fields in WESTERN Ukraine so they ran off an elected head of state who was willing to let Russia have/buy them.  The whole thing is a strategic move by the US/EU.  It has nothing to do with right or wrong.  Russia is rightly arming the resistance and bulking up troop presences on their own border.  I can guarantee you that any nation in the world would do the same if there were an armed conflict going on in a neighboring country.  Even if Russia weren't helping them they would be fools if they didn't mass troops to protect their country.

  4. human151 Think about this:  Anything that is bad for Russia is considered good for the USA by many hawks in this country.  We are members of NATO along with all the European nations that are Russia's neighbors.  We have all the fuel we can use but Europe is beholden to Russia currently.  They would freeze to death in winter if Russia decided to shut off the taps.  Why would Russia do that?  Who the fuck knows...but they could.  That's how defense forces look at the world.  All they think about is what a hostile country COULD do.  These European nations are our allies and we all are wary of Russia.  Does that explain it well enough?  No conspiracy theories here.  This is a conspiracy FACT.

Sergei T Where have you been?  Crimea and Eastern Ukraine were doing just fine as part of Ukraine until their elected leader was forced from power.  They got scared and wanted to join Russia because they knew they had been scammed and feared genocide.  Russia didn't start this mess.  They also didn't shoot down that airliner.  US satellite data show that Ukrainian forces, probably drunk, did it.  They have been trying to cover it up ever since even producing doctored audio tape.  Ukraine are the aggressors.
