@Allen Loser Ever heard of "abiotic" oil? Look that one up. It may not be "fossil fuel" at all. God/Intelligent Designer of Earth may have terraformed this MOFO giving us oil to use by design, not happenstance.

Just don't floor it.

Reality isn't sexist. It's just reality. I remember reading a study result many moons ago that showed a healthy percentage of women were sexually aroused by watching a rocket blast off.

When I think of this engine all I can say is "hand grenade."

How much energy is lost at electric power plants out their exhausts?

Don't ever trade your car in. Always sell it yourself. You WILL lose your ass if you trade it in.

It's not a janky Nissan.

Well, I'm glad to hear that engine has a timing chain rather than a belt. That thing being out of spec could cause excessive oil consumption too. When you first mentioned rattling I was thinking that you might need to adjust the valves also.

Excellent info. I knew about the tires but I have a feeling most people don't. I've never had a tire shop tell me that.

I don't think it matters really. This is because every time you start a car it is cold until it gets warm. No more damage can really be done unless you do this a lot. It's just X number of times it was started cold more than doing all of the break in miles on your first drive.

I didn't see this question below somehow. Why did one balloon fill so much faster than the other?

Believe it or not much of the reason for the war in Afghanistan is the MASSIVE deposits of Lithium in the Earth there. There is so much metal in their land that it interferes with radio transmissions. That's no bull. This was one reason Russia invaded and it's one reason we invaded.

Crop yields are killing small farmers...they needed a reason to exist because government is best at stealing from one to give to another while taking their cut out of the middle.

I saw that Toyota actually made BMW make changes to meet their reliability standards. Same changes were made to BMW version as well. It's the same engine and a collaboration. So, the BMW cars with this engine should have Toyota reliability.
