Do this at least an hour a day if not more.What you are experiencing is a polluted state of being and that's why it seems so toxic.Get outside and be active.

  3. Well, I'm sorry you can't accept reality. The truth is that nobody knows. Humans aren't equipped to know or understand these things. We're only the top of the food chain on Earth. It doesn't mean we can know all there is to know. There's no need to debate any further because no human being knows anything about the things we are discussing. We all just guess.

How can you claim something so ethereal as a consciousness can only exist in a brain/functioning body yet claim there is nothing after death? How does functionality have anything to do with the existence of a consciousness? Isn't a zombie a functioning body?
