  1. Guns are good. They have always been good. All men should be armed(women too if they so choose). Only the conquered and enslaved throughout human history have been disarmed. The first gun control laws proposed in the USA were proposed by the KKK and were intended for freed slaves.

  2. On his second try they got it to cycle over 60 times IIRC. The first try broke after two or three, again IIRC.

  3. The barrel is metal and so is the bolt. The plastic is surrounding the vital metal parts.
