He would have actively seeked out Jim first after viewing the video supposedly "months" before Jim reached out. He doesn't behave innocent. At all. Innocent people fight to maintain their innocence. Innocent people SPEAK OUT. He's also using manipulative speech patterns to spin a victim narrative for himself. Also, he lapses into narcissistic word salad when under the spotlight at several points during the conversation.
