  1. I tried it recently and something happened for a few hours where I was just...I trusted myself more. I wasn't constantly doubting my life choices or worried. I was able to finally face the fact that I'm in charge of my life, and so far I've been doing well. When it wore out, all the doubt, fear and insecurities came crawling back. But they seemed less convincing and...just silly waste of time. 😅
