Make the criminals rich and famous while musicians, artists and otherwise high value contributors of society get belittled and ignored. Make America hate itself and the country will be so preoccupied with it's own issues, why should it care if China began scanning Taiwan for weaknesses or began threatening our allies, the Japanese? Embarrassed and weaken the rich and haughty bourgeoisie country of USA with their own hunger for fame.
