  1.  @baeseulgi1742  It's racism, love. But you are right: most of it comes from older people. Younger Japanese people (usually 45 and under) are usually more relaxed. The older generations in Japan also seem to bully and mistreat younger Japanese people, so really it's the older people causing most of the trouble.

I'm laughing at all the weeaboos in the comments losing their sh1t over anyone daring to criticize anything Japanese, meanwhile young Japanese people are the ones trying to be self reflective here. It's the Boomers in Japan who seem to behave racist. But then, they also bully young Japanese people, too. So the young Japanese generation is trying to make changes. Let them!

  6.  @seekingtruth9304  That's ridiculous. Racism is not a part of Japanese culture. The people in Japan who are racist aren't that way because of culture. They are racist because they suck. And calling out racism is not racism.

  7.  @baeseulgi1742  It's racism when there are statements made that certain ethnicitices "smell" or "are dirtier genetically" which I've heard some Japanese YouTubers declare. They even try to pretend it's backed by science.
