  3. Are you serious? Sit down and stop displaying your ignorance. A person can get 10 for mere assault, and this is manslaughter at the very least, along with DUI, resisting and obstruction. The only real why the punishment is so lax is because Los Banos is translated as "the bathrooms ". It's a low brow town 8n a lazy blue state where officials are just there for a paycheck.
