I don't imagine anyone so fame and drama obsessed would remember to thoroughly clean the baby's bottom, or cook her fresh foods instead of canned spagettios.   6. It's not as odd as you'd think: poor diet and potty training can lead to this, especially if the child is not eating enough stool softening and proper probiotic enriched foods/cleaning thoroughly after urination. These are also signs of neglect by whomever has full custody.
