  6.  @autumn557  By law, screaming at your kids is DISORDERLY and you can bet you last penny any cop will throw you in the clink for 24 hours if they catch you at it. It's a loophole charge where, combined with bodycam footage , law enforcement can build the case for CPS to investigate. A great opportunity for custody disputes. You're right, there's no official charge for verbally abusing your kid. But they'll find a work around, no worries 😅
