There is definitely that feeling of democratic revolution in the air, it's been a long time coming.

@cuhurun Glad to see you understand the crux of the matter, the UK cannot be independent and also a member of the EU. It really is that simple, there is nothing else to argue over.

@visionlandmusic Only the people who believe the smears and slander think UKIP are unelectable stop swallowing fake news.

@Dave-uw2ul '' The referendum was tainted ''. In case you didn't know that's normal politics and irrelevant. People only know a lot more about how a large majority of remain supporting MP's have deliberately avoided taking us out of the EU because they fear responsibility, you say WTO is an unknown factor which refutes your comment about how much more we all know now. The people who actually have knowledge of WTO are given insignificant media exposure if their views support Brexit and are always followed up with scepticism or derision from the agenda driven media. Our trading position in the world is hampered by EU membership and only as good as it is because we are not a fully signed up member to ever closer union and were not ignorant enough to join the Eurozone. As far as Farage is concerned he is open to questions of his suitability as PM but he couldn't be any worse than Blair I think and there is a lot more water yet to flow under the bridge before such questions need to be asked.

@Stouffer Great point and illustrates exactly what is wrong with much of western government today. Thank god USA voted for Trump the only Western politician to defy China and not from any ideological reason simply recognising unfair trade practices.

@mamamac5267 England just can't get over being responsible for the British Empire, the confused dumbass socialist save the world before you save your compatriots fools who hold the influence won't let it.

@Dave-uw2ul ''Its an important question'', if you voted Remain. ''Enslavement to the US protectionist mafia'' LOL. Where do these morons come from? I'd rather be enslaved to the US protectionist mafia (though it's an absurd thought) than to the Communist Chinese Empire whose ideology has not changed in the slightest even to the extent of still having Mao's picture on their currency and who have grown their empire by the state controlled theft of intellectual property and state surveyance of everything any one say's or thinks. You and the majority of European numpties are sleep walking into aiding the Wests oblivion and you probably think it'll all be okay when the Chinese understand how nice you are and get them to respect human rights, and not have 1,000,000 muslims locked up for re-education for believing in Allah. It's not you it's your kids and mine I feel sorry for, thank god the US voted for Trump not the nicest man in the world but I bet we know a hell of a lot more about him than we do about Xi. This is addressed to the wider you tube audience because I know you don't understand any opinions you don't agree with.

@Dave-uw2ul Trolling well but saying nothing, you brought the US into the debate, but you've obviously got no answer to what I said. What's quirky about wanting to live in an independent democratically governed country like we used to be when we stood alone in Europe against the facists as we do today. The contempt the half educated and baffled MP's now have for the people they are supposed to serve has never been more obvious and they deserve what they are going to get.

@Dave-uw2ul If you want to live in the EU go there, this is the UK soon to be an independent democratically governed country, if you don't like it tough. The EU should be ok for a couple more years if they can keep getting dirty money like Danske banks Estonian branch funneled in for them the other month, the UK will just have to manage with the $1.9 billion of foreign inward investment we got in 2018 although it was more than Germany, Spain and Poland combined received.
1
@Dave-uw2ul Who lies? Look how we have profited from all the trade the EU has brought us if you think it's brought us any. If you're happy and you know it vote remain.
1
@Dave-uw2ul I listen to a variety of sources and make up my own mind, the figures I quote come from a trader writing for the FT and other investment commentators with no political axe to grind unlike the world press or financial institutions. The UK is big enough if it's smart enough to ditch the socialist, social engineering ideology we've been force fed for the last forty years to be a great place to live.

Mike Ford. He's good for a laugh and showing what a bunch of chancers the rest of his party are, worth his weight in gold for that alone.

Don't get me wrong I'm 100% for Brexit preferably without a deal but you have to think why did Cameron call the referendum, I know Nigel was a very high profile agitator for brexit but was support for UKIP really that much of a threat to the Tory party? Was the referendum called to also or even mainly silence the anti EU Tories such as Peter Bone, Bill Cash, John Redwood and others. There are still honourable members of the Tory party who have been calling for our exit from the EU for many years more than there are Labour MP's, It's really good to see Widecombe back in the fray.

@victorspencer9159 I would add Major and Heseltine to the gang of traitors.
