The only uncertainty is whether the government and Labour will do as they said in their manifesto's and what the people voted for.

Simon Barnett It will be a relief to be able blame British people if there is anything to be blamed for, success or failure should be our responsibility and ours alone. That does not mean isolating ourselves of course which is the ridiculous charge EU lunatics lay at our door, they must be so lacking in confidence or scared of a future without the EU.

@Chasing Unicorns We need a managed no EU not a car crash EU.
1
@Chasing Unicorns It's like a managed no deal stage 2.
1
@Chasing Unicorns I don't think you're thick you're just confused by the EU's propaganda, a managed no deal means accepting the UK and the EU will still exist on the same planet after Brexit and talking about what that means in reality, a managed no EU means after EU realise the project is a dead duck then we talk together about the future.

@Chasing Unicorns You really believe all that? come back to the real world it's much more interesting although it doesn't really matter what you do the real world will continue without you. It is written so it shall be is the comfort blanket for failures, an attempt to put up roadblocks after people take to the air. No wonder so little innovation and invention comes from Europe these days.

@samhartford5889 Good luck to you too.

@Chasing Unicorns Strange how article 50 recommends withdrawal and future relationship agreements take place together yet the EU decided different and May agreed.
1
@Chasing Unicorns Thank's for that. Paragraph 2. states the withdrawal agreement will be negotiated taking account of the framework for it's future relationship with the union. So what is the framework for the future relationship? If it exists why has it not been revealed and why do we need the backstop beyond the end of the tranistion/implementatin period?
1
@Chasing Unicorns The negotiations refers to the negotiations that have been done so what did they take account of while doing the negotiations no details about the framework for the future relationship have been revealed. A framework to me implies a solid structure requiring finishing details so at least parliament should know the full details of what it is voting on. But then that's the EU for you let the elite decide things and keep everyone else in the dark, democratic to the last. Not.
