  1. It was nice to see one of the Russians who murdered Litvinenko telling us it was nothing to do with Putin or Russia. How should Britain respond? I would suggest two approaches. firs,t overtly with economic and diplomatic sanctions second, covertly find the people responsible and anyone who assisted them, quietly execute the former as quietly and undramatically as possible and expel the later or do whatever is deemed appropiate. No public debate, no media announcements just good old fashioned british diplomacy.
