  220.  @rickykilby4672  Far right and far left are 2 sides of the same coin both seek to exert maximum control over their people. Is patriotism or nationalism far right or far left? I would say not they're are just tools used in the fight to try and gain control by both sides sometimes used in a negative light sometimes positively, would you say the majority population of the UK is far right or far left I would say not. Tying labels on people and intellectual and psychological extrapolation and experimentation leading to analysis of problems that are imaginary is the cause of most of our current problems leading to the destruction of national identities. You would instinctively label me as far right being as I am in favour of reintroducing capital punishment, Brexit, ending most multiculturalist legislation and reinforcing most traditional British values and laws. My opinions are drawn from what I know of human history and the increasing chaos and lack of law and order prevalent today, is it better for the state to exert control using the ultimate penalty when deemed necessary or for our police and innocent people to suffer and die at the hands of criminals. Most people consider the west to be in trouble today, the changes introduced to our laws and ideas over the last 50 yrs is not coincidental to our current problems to try to blame the politics of the last century is clearly absurd and yet so many do owing to the indoctrination people receive in schools and universities today as opposed to education.

  286. How to stop the immigrants coming to Britain? Stopping giving them a free lunch is the first step, the workhouse was good enough for British people people in the past so its good enough for the illegals today. Obviously this would need a change to a government with a different mindset prepared to stop wasting our money on socialist daydreams and globalist schemes for making themselves rich while making us victims and the country poor. The billions saved should be used to enrich this country creating apprenticeships for rebuilding our manufacturing industry providing tax breaks to companies making the UK attractive to foreign investment, creating jobs to build our gas, coal and oil industries and well paid jobs in the armed forces and returning the police to traditional policing methods increasing the numbers and having police on the streets not sitting looking at cameras. Scrap the requirement for police officers to have degrees and scrap the marxist led police college and replace the B S with guideline for using common sense and officers own discretion. So much needs to change, it's akin to to what the victorians did in creating the police in the first place and the industrial revolution, it must be an evolving process led from the ground up as well as top down to rediscover what works and what is necessary. Then when we have put this country right again we can use our newly created wealth and excellence to aid other countries who wish to benefit from our ability just as they did under the British Empire only this time we will just advise as requested and only claim expenses. People in other countries who want what we have must make their countries able to create prosperity by choosing to follow the right people. We will have to do this on our own until other countries do the same and relationships with other countries can be recreated on a basis of mutual benefit by agreements between independent governments answerable to their people and not dictated by unelected self proclaiming elites.

  655.  @zanyzoo6767  The unions would be more useful if they operated more like those in Germany where the head of the union attends company board meetings and is party to companies financial status and decision making, the interests of the workers and the company are one and the same so it makes complete sense and works well. That probably doesn't fit in with your class war, us and them ideology which is why socialism always fails to enrich people. Thatcher was a radical from the Tory and Labour perspective, she was middle class and well educated with an industrial background in chemistry, no one like her has led the Tories before or since to my knowledge which is why it suits Labour and many Tories to forget her revolutionary policies and let things return to the old destructive class war attitudes they are comfortable with. She made mistakes as do all politicians the poll tax being the main one, the principle is ok but it's introduction and operational details were all wrong. The policy of council house sales is an excellent example of where the entrenched class war attitudes of the status quo have failed the public as usual. My parents weren't given anything they were sold a house with a discount to it's market value to account for it's building costs having already been paid in rent and to absolve the council from future maintenance costs. After Thatcher had been stabbed in the back by the EU lovers there arose the buy to let problem of people buying cheap council houses to rent out, this suited the Blair government of the time as it gave them something to blame the Tories for and it suited the Tory government because it created more Tory voting landlords able to provide cheap accommodation for cheap migrant labour which both parties approved of. The easy solution for this problem would be to sell council houses on a leasehold basis with a clause that would see them reclaimed by the council if they were rented out but this won't happen unless we have another radical reforming leader like Thatcher. Can't see this happening in my life time as there seems to be no interest in improving the lot of the common man by any politicians today just a continued dumbing down by the media and education and encouragement for social disharmony and disenfranchising indigenous populations through multicultural legislation, gender neutrality, mass immigration, an emasculated legal system and cancel culture threats to free speech.
