  23. Because the suddenly retired USSR bioweapon scientists lived in Ukraine. Since it wasn't a bio-weapon they can build a lab in Ukraine. Since the scientists have good jobs they don't feel the need to go help Belarus or N Korea develop bio weapons. Russia thinks that is a good idea too.

Let's also add that most of the worlds money is in countries that aid Ukraine. In India, the population is greatly divided on who they support. What you said is not remotely true. The majority of the world supports Ukraine

  46. There have been no rebellious convoys heading towards Kyiv to remove Zelensky since last year. This was still a beautiful day for Ukraine and the West. Russia lost some equipment and scared the heck out of their population. Casualties on the Ukrainian side were 0.0

Littke old Ukraine is now mounting an offensive against the number 2 military to liberate even more territory. So yes western weapons have made a huge difference.
