  6.  @Arangggg  Even WITH the CCP HK has some of the most expensive water rates in the world. So where is this free thing coming from? Doesn't matter, so many people are leaving HK there will be less demand.

My water bill is $65USD...I live in Canada and we have plenty, so not a real fair comparison I think.
