ONLY Chinese think there is. Everything that can be done by China can be done without China. China's help never comes free. It is best not to accept it.

  11.  @jiaqilin1939  Pretty sure the world had the context at the time, including the Tibetan government. Context is important and in Tibet vs China it is still bad. Tibet didn't(still doesn't) want Chinese Rule. French wanted Germans gone and the French were the natives to that land. Therefore one invasion is justified one is not.

  16.  @MrXuYang  You might be surprised how open western media is. "Freedom of information" If westeners want to know something, they ask and it is the law that they be given the answer. China should try it. The Mujahedeen were financed by the USA against the Soviets. The Soviets invaded Afghanistan for the same reason as the USA. Prevent terrorist attacks and drugs coming into Russia. The originsl invasion by the USA was declared a success and all primary objectives were declared achieved in 2003. Do I believe it? No. Shortly the Taliban will be back in power. It will be up to the Taliban to decide if they will proceed peacefully. If they try to be aggressive again the USA will start assassinating Taliban officials with air strikes. There are videos of US warplanes doing just that. Afghan war was a failure. Taliban women are in for a tough time. Get out of Tibet. They do not want you there.
