  1. Well some countries have started years ago. Most are not opening fossil fuel burning generation plants like the 190 China opened last year. So check your house first. Then talk about the neighbours.

  2.  @winsonzhu4427  Our house of 37 million gives 3.5 billion dollars for carbon tax. Has a ban on coal plants. Incentive programs for green power and vehicles. There are only 28 coal plants and falling in the largest country on earth. China produces in one DAY more greenhouse gases than what my country puts out all year. So yeah I did check my house and I'm in a qualified position to tell you your climate efforts stink like your cities.
