Math: 1.5 billion Chinese people. 800 million are poor so don't pay taxes. 17 to 20 percent are children so don't pay taxes. The elderly dont pay taxes. Leaving 360 to 400 million Chinese to pay for all the others and the poor. So who is paying the money so that there are no poor people in China? Nobody is... It is too much money...CCP just said they did and you believed them.
