@Kevin Tewey The USA declared victory in 2003. Have acheived their main objectives. The last part was about trying to hrl3p the Afghans with roads schools and hospitals. Trying to prevent the Taliban from shooting schoolgirls in the head as they tend to do to any female who can read. You talking about CIA and ISIS armaments. You are not talking about that anymore?
