The US is putting together a package for India right now. "Capable of countering China alone". Nobody believes that. Not even you! You don't need to beg eh? India has been begging forever! The country that received the most foreign aid is India, which got more than $4.2 billion in aid from the DAC members in 2017. Turkey was a close second with $4.1 billion in aid received. Data in 2015 indicating that from the period 1946-2012, India has been the recipient of highest aid from United States. The amount of economic aid, adjusted to inflation then, was reported to be USD 65.1 billion. Stop till you know what you are saying.
