  1. Yes I can find no information from anywhere else that say Russia has increased it's warships in the Black Sea. In fact I see some that say they have reduced the number of ships. A list of the Fleet shows a total of 5 missle ships(one was sunk) and 5 diesel subs. This is just them claiming the ships that were already there are new arrivals. Which isn't really news.
